I am a clinical psychologist with over a decade of experience in assessing and treating a wide range of psychological issues. I have a special interest in anxiety, depression and trauma. I am also passionate about supporting people through challenging life transitions for example becoming a new parent or starting retirement. My experience includes working with military trauma (within the Ministry of Defence as well as with veteran charities), trauma in healthcare settings and traumatic grief. I like to work integratively drawing on a range of psychological models including CBT, ACT, CFT and DBT which allows me to tailor and personalise therapy to your individual needs. My aim is to empower you to meet your goals, build on your strengths and improve your quality of life.

My approach is warm, creative, and compassion-focused. I understand the importance of establishing a respectful and safe environment for working together. I value collaboration and trust within my private practice with you at the centre of your therapy. Psychologist Petersfield

My Experience

I have worked in a range of settings including the NHS, charity sector, as well as with the Ministry of Defence (MoD), therefore I am skilled and confident in treating people from a variety of backgrounds. I enjoy working with individuals, as well as couples and families. I have been lucky enough to work with people at various life stages through a range of difficulties and what I love about my role is that I am always learning about sources of resilience, as well as distress. I take a person-centred, strengths approach in my work helping people live a life in line with their aspirations and values.
