Having lived in the USA for the last six years I have come to really appreciate Thanksgiving, which brings with it the aroma of gratitude, a time when we gather with loved ones to celebrate the abundance in our lives. It’s more than a holiday; it’s a reminder to pause, reflect, and appreciate the blessings that surround us. This practice of gratitude, if committed to on a regular basis and not just on Thanksgiving, can have a profound impact on our wellbeing and mental health. Gratitude meditation serves as a powerful tool within the therapeutic landscape, offering a path to joy, inner peace, and emotional resilience.

Gratitude meditation is a practice rooted in mindfulness, which encourages us to deliberately focus on the things we are thankful for in our lives.
