I am an HCPC registered clinical psychologist with extensive experience working with people with a broad range of mental health issues. I offer talking therapies to adults and older adults, and have experience working with clients of all ages with varying levels of need.

 

My approach draws on evidence based talking therapies such as Cognitive Behaviour Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Compassion Focussed Therapy, and Mindfulness. My approach is driven by you and your needs, and I will take time to learn what is important to you and what you would like to achieve from therapy. I am warm and compassionate, and will work collaboratively with you to make therapy a safe and rewarding space.

 

I am able to meet with you either in person in our Haywards Heath room or online.

My Experience

I have experience working across a variety of different settings in the NHS. I have worked professionally with children, adults, and older adults with mental health issues, as well as with people with learning disabilities, cognitive impairments, and people managing long-term health issues. I have also worked with a variety of charitable organisations supporting people with their mental health in the community.

 

In my time working in the NHS, I have worked with people of all ages with a wide variety of needs and goals for therapy. I understand that each person I work with is unique, and have experience delivering a variety of different therapies to meet your unique needs. I am warm and empathic, and deliver evidence-based interventions.

 

I am regulated by the Health and Care Professionals Council (HCPC) in the UK as a clinical psychologist.

Post Graduate Diploma in Mental Health Social Work (PGDipSW), University of York

 

BSc Psychology with Neuroscience (with a professional placement year), University of Sussex
